Peter F. Schmid, CEO

Since August 2012 Peter F. Schmid has been CEO and executive partner at “Wer liefert was”. After studying business at the LMU in Munich, he worked as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble. He then switched to the online vehicle market Autoscout24 early in 1999 shortly after its launch where, as Managing Director, he founded, inter alia, the marketplace operator Scout24 Media. The father of three became Vice President at eBay Classifies and CEO of mobile.de in 2006. Almost four years later he took over management of the online dating agency PARSHIP.

Florian Schnau, CFO

Florian Schnau has been CFO of wlw since December 2015. He is responsible for the business divisions of Finance & Accounting, Controlling, Business Intelligence, and Business Development, and for cooperation with our affiliated company EUROPAGES. The graduate of the Harvard Business School (MBA) previously worked at Bain & Company and Lion Capital in London. In his last position, he was an investment director at the Munich-based Paragon Partners.

Doreen Schlicht, CMO & Human Resources

Doreen Schlicht has provided female reinforcement to the wlw management team since 2013 and is responsible for the business divisions of Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Direct Marketing/Customer Relations and Human Resources. Prior to this, the business graduate was Head of Corporate Communications at mobile.de and eBay, and oversaw corporate communications at PARSHIP.

Dr. Felix Menden, CTO

As head of the Technology division, Felix Menden is responsible for software development, product management, operations & services, SEO/SEA activities, system-related management of business data and also for the expansion of our business into the B2B marketplace. Menden has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, assuming roles, among others, such as Managing Director of G+J Digital GmbH and Vice President of Product & Engineering at XING AG. There he was responsible for the entire development and operation of the XING platform as well as product management, quality assurance and business intelligence.

Patrick Sostmann, CSO

As CSO, Patrick Sostmann is responsible for wlw’s entire Sales division, which includes the sales channels: Field Sales, Tele Sales, Key Account Management as well as Internal Sales. The MBA graduate has more than ten years of senior management experience in sales at an international company. Before joining “Wer liefert was”, Sostmann was the CSO for LR Global Holding GmbH, where he successfully developed new sales strategies, assumed overall responsibility for global sales, and in the process expanded the company’s international business.
