• ZSHxMy Series (Round base package): Increase Board Design flexibility : Require Small mounting space; 16 % smaller than the standard required in JEDEC (DO-218)
• ZSH5MT and ZSH5MK Series (Square base package):Complies to the JEDEC (DO-218) soldering pad layout
• ZSH5MV Series: (Vertical base package): Increase Board Design flexibility; 50% smaller than the standard required in JEDEC (DO-218)
Quality improvement
• High capability for Load Dump Surge: Complies to ISO 7637-2 (pulse 5a/5b) and JASO A-1.
• High reliability based on Automotive grade AEC-Q101 (Automotive Electronics Council): Actual market performance is less than 1 Fit.
