Seit 1949 hat sich Pöppelmann mit 5 Produktions-Standorten sowie 700 Spritzgussmaschinen, Tiefziehanlagen und Extrudern zu einem führenden Hersteller der kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrie entwickelt. Der Kompetenzbereich Pöppelmann KAPSTO® entwickelt und produziert Kunststoff-Schutzelemente in über 3.000 Ausführungen. Innen- und Außengewinde, Bohrungen, Rohre, Schläuche, Bolzen, Flansche usw. werden mit Kappen und
Stopfen aus dem KAPSTO® Normprogramm während Produktion, Transport, Lagerung und Lackierung zuverlässig geschützt. Alle Artikel aus dem KAPSTO® Normprogramm werden aus Lagervorrat geliefert. Einige Kappen und Stopfen aus unserm Normprogramm sind als ressourcenschonende Alternative aus 100% Rezyklat im eingesetzten Kunststoff erhältlich. Auf Wunsch entwickeln und
produzieren wir für Sie individuelle Schutzelemente nach Ihren Bedürfnissen.
Unsere Aktivitäten sind in vier Geschäftsbereiche gegliedert. Firma Pöppelmann GmbH & Co. KG Kunststoffwerk-Werkzeugbau: KAPSTO® Kunststoff-Schutzelemente Normprogramm mit ca. 3.000 Lösungen. FAMAC® Funktionsteile und Verpackungen für Medizin, Pharma, Kosmetik und Lebensmittel. TEKU® Blumentöpfe und Anzuchtsysteme für den kommerziellen Erwerbsgartenbau.
Firma Pöppelmann Kunststoff-Technik GmbH & Co. KG: K-TECH® Hochpräzise technische Kunststoff-Spritzgussteile für die verschiedenen Branchen, u.a. Automobil- und Elektroindustrie, Maschinenbau, etc. Verarbeitung aller
gängigen Thermoplaste (ausgenommen PVC) bis zu einem Spritzgewicht von 4.000 g.

Since 1949, Pöppelmann has developed five production sites

Our KAPSTO® business devision develops and manufactures more than 3,000 types of plastic protective elements. Caps and plugs from the KAPSTO® standard range reliably protect female and male threads, bores, tubes, pipes, hoses, bolts,
flanges etc. They are used during production, shipping, storage and painting. All standard KAPSTO® products are supplied ex stock. Some caps and plugs from our standard program are available as a resource-saving alternative made of 100% recycled material in the plastic used. At your request, we also develop and produce custom solutions tailored to your needs.
